The candidate base

If you register in the network, we store your name, contact details, domain, roles of interest, availability and any CV. We use them to contact you about roles and assignments. The legal basis is your consent. We share nothing with a client until you have said yes to the specific role. We delete the details when you ask, or at the latest after 24 months without contact.

The recruitment platform and use of AI

We process candidate details in the recruitment platform Vouch, provided by Vouch AS. The details are stored in the EU, and Vouch processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We may use AI to sort applicants against the role profile. You are told when AI is used, and you can opt out. A person always decides who goes further.

The survey

We collect survey answers anonymised or pseudonymised. If you also want to be in the candidate base, you give a separate consent for that. We do not mix the two purposes.

Contact form

If you send a message, we store it and your contact details while the matter is open, and delete after twelve months.

Analytics

We use Plausible for visitor statistics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction and deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Send an e-mail and we sort it within a week. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
