Why we exist
Three things we saw and could not leave alone
The craft must be judged by someone who knows it
The difference between a good and an average category manager or planner lies in the details of the craft. You see it best when you have negotiated contracts and built plans yourself.
The specialist level in interim is empty
The Norwegian interim market sells CEOs and CFOs. Few offer an interim category manager, sourcing lead or planner. That is where the gaps actually are.
We have run the function ourselves
We have sat on the buying side, built teams and answered for the result. That is the one advantage nobody can buy.
The test
Ask who will do the work
If the answer is “an external team, on their method, against an agreed delivery”, you need an adviser, not us. If the answer is “a person who joins our organisation and does the job there”, that is us. You almost always know which of the two you are asking about.

We work best as your regular partner
We only take assignments where we are the only ones helping you with the role, and we agree the fee for each assignment. Ideally we agree a long-term arrangement as your preferred partner for search and interim. Then we already know the organisation, the leaders and the culture, and every new assignment goes faster and lands better.

He has assessed procurement functions in more than 40 companies, in the Nordics and internationally, and seen how procurement, planning and logistics have to work together for the supply chain to deliver. He knows what a CPO or a supply chain director needs from their people. That is the judgement you get when you call.

What we do not do
Five noes
- No advisory and no project delivery. We deliver people, not methods.
- No volume staffing. We know the people we present.
- No roles outside procurement and supply chain. If you need a CFO, we say so.
- No long lists of CVs. You get a shortlist of candidates we vouch for.
- No assignments where several agencies chase the same candidates. We take the assignment alone.
